These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases and use of paversealerstore.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.
Product information and technical guidance
We work to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurate, but manufacturers may change formulations, packaging, labels, or documentation. The current product label and manufacturer Product Data Sheet (PDS) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) control application, handling, storage, and safety requirements.
Results depend on the substrate, preparation, prior coatings, weather, application method, and other job conditions. Customers are responsible for confirming product suitability and following the current label, PDS, and SDS. Contact us before ordering if the surface history or job conditions are uncertain.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices and availability may change without notice. Submission of an order is an offer to purchase; an order may be declined or canceled before fulfillment if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, a pricing error occurred, or legal or carrier restrictions prevent shipment. If an unfulfilled order is canceled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping
- Contiguous 48 states: free shipping with no minimum order.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada: shipping requires a quote. Call 813-308-9202.

Returns and refunds
Contact us within 10 days of delivery to request a return. Eligible products must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. The customer pays return shipping. Opened, used, mixed, applied, altered, or clearly marked final-sale products are not eligible for return.
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery with the order number and photos. See the full Refund and Returns Policy.
Site content and intellectual property
Site text, graphics, branding, and original content may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law. Links to third-party manufacturer documents and sites are provided for convenience; their owners control that content.
Responsible site use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, submit false information, or use site content in a way that violates applicable law or another party’s rights.
Limits and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, The Paver Sealer Store is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse, failure to follow product instructions, unsuitable job conditions, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.
