This policy explains where The Paver Sealer Store ships, when a quote is required, and what to expect after an order is placed.

Where we ship

Contiguous 48 states: free shipping with no minimum order.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada: shipping requires a quote. Call 813-308-9202 before completing your purchase. Standard online shipping rates are not offered for these destinations.
Other destinations: online checkout is not currently available unless The Paver Sealer Store confirms shipping arrangements in writing.

What free shipping includes

Free shipping applies to eligible orders delivered to addresses in the contiguous 48 states. We select an appropriate standard carrier and service. Expedited service, appointment delivery, liftgate service, re-delivery, address-correction charges, and other special handling are not included unless expressly quoted.

Order processing and delivery

Product availability and handling time vary by item. An order confirmation does not mean the order has shipped. When tracking is available, it will be sent after the carrier accepts the shipment.

Delivery dates and carrier estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier capacity, access restrictions, incorrect addresses, and other conditions outside our control can delay delivery. We will help with a carrier inquiry when appropriate.

Regulated and restricted products

Some products may be subject to carrier, hazardous-material, or destination restrictions. If an item cannot be shipped as ordered, we will contact you to discuss available options before fulfillment.

Address changes

Review the shipping address before submitting an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after processing begins, and carrier address-correction or re-delivery fees may be charged to the customer.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments

Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, shipping carton, label, and packing materials. Keep all packaging until we complete the review.
