Ultra Seal Enhancing Impregnating Stone Sealer is a slow-drying, solvent-based acrylic treatment that penetrates and enhances the natural color of compatible stone, tile, brick, pavers, and cementitious surfaces.
Product performance overview
Color-enhancing stone treatments are selected by mineral type, density, absorption, existing treatments, and the final appearance demonstrated by a test patch. A penetrating enhancer is not the same as a high-gloss coating, and results can vary across naturally inconsistent stone.

Measure before ordering
Porosity has a major effect. Current guidance is approximately 150–200 sq. ft. per gallon for a first coat on very porous surfaces; confirm the label for the selected size and substrate.
